Nederland High School Principal Mrs. Gomez is a 1996 NHS graduate where she was Captain of the Westernaires. She brought her talents to Kilgore where she earned a degree in Dance Education. She then earned a BA in English from Lamar University. Her career with NISD has spanned from CO Wilson Middle School, Central Middle School, with most of her time being at Nederland High School. She is a member of the Iota Rho Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Honor Society for women educators. Her husband, Mr. Gomez, is an Assistant Principal at Hillcrest Elementary. Together they have three beautiful children: Daphne, Chloe, and Bentley. In her spare time, she loves going to the beach, reading, playing games with family, and going to Disney! She is a Bulldog through and through and is proud to serve her alma mater.
