Prerequisites for Golf
- Create a profile in Healthy Roster & upload a completed physical & medical history form prior to any participation
- Contact Coach Wallace or Coach Martin
- Provide your own equipment: Clubs, balls, gloves, range finder, appropriate shoes
- Transportation to Babe Zaharias Golf Course
